Salary: $82,400 – $121,440 plus corporate bonus

What you will do

• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Document requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Design Salesforce Sales Cloud components and automate daily user tasks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess system impacts and recommend solutions.
• Support user testing and resolve issues.
• Improve existing Salesforce processes by identifying gaps and implementing enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Admin, Developer, Consultant, or techno-functional role).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and core CRM processes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce technical tools (Apex, LWCs, Flows, SOQL).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Must live in the Vancouver metro area.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, sharing, permissions, and governor limits
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), middleware, or data migration tools is a plus
