Senior Manager, Revenue Operations: Operationalizing hirify.global’s global revenue processes across the US region, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to drive productivity, forecast accuracy, and scalable growth with an accent on pipeline management, deal desk operations, and leveraging Salesforce. Focus on translating strategy into day-to-day execution and ensuring consistent quote-to-cash and lead-to-revenue motions.

Location: New York, USA (hybrid work model)

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 base + bonus

hirify.global is a product company providing leading agentic AI search technology to over 500 brands, empowering digital discovery and revenue across various search platforms.

What you will do

  • Run the US forecast, pipeline, and QBR cadence in line with global definitions.
  • Build and maintain regional dashboards for pipeline health, conversion, forecast accuracy, and attribution.
  • Operate the regional deal desk, enforcing discount guardrails and term standardization.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to onboard reps and drive adoption of global processes for the US.
  • Own US execution in Salesforce and the GTM stack (e.g., CPQ, engagement, routing, BI).
  • Serve as the US point of contact, feeding regional learnings back into global standards.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, pipeline management, and deal desk.
  • Strong Salesforce administration/operations experience; familiarity with CPQ is a plus.
  • Skilled in data storytelling, able to translate insights into action for GTM leaders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, comfortable influencing without authority.
  • Comfortable working in a global model and time-zone coordination.
