What you will do

• Support the Data Center Modernization & Simplification (DCMS) program.
• Develop, implement, and execute delivery plans for DCMS cloud migration workstreams and factories.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, remove friction, and transform the business across workstreams.
• Manage planning and change management for project scope, timeline, and resources within specific workstreams.
• Drive execution and workplan management to achieve workstream and factory objectives.
• Develop communication plans in alignment with the overall program communications team.

Requirements

• Strong experience in business transformation, simplification, and modernization with a drive for cultural change.
• Experience managing in a complex, matrixed environment and leading through influence.
• Expertise in Agile and iterative delivery, along with proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence for enterprise initiatives.
• Deep expertise in strategic problem-solving and project management.
• Ability to translate complex technical delivery into actionable communication for senior stakeholders.
• Subject matter knowledge in one or more technical areas: Data Center build out, cloud migration, app modernization, DevSecOps, Infrastructure-As-Code, Container/K8, Virtual Machines, Networking, Databases, AI/ML, or Public Cloud.
