What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for client engagements, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
• Partner with engineering teams across various tech stacks (cloud, Gen AI, web, mobile, data).
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on technical project management experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex technology projects in a consulting or agency environment.
• Strong working knowledge of various tech stacks and ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be able to work 4 days/week in-office in Los Angeles, California, United States.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications.
• Experience in consulting, digital agency, or fast-moving startup environments.
• Familiarity with customer journey optimization and data-driven transformation strategies.
• Salesforce certifications.
