What you will do

• Facilitate collaboration across product managers, technical product managers, segment leaders, and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify communication gaps, support project risk monitoring and dependency tracking.
• Oversee Platform marketing content publishing workflow, ensuring accurate tagging, brand compliance, formatting, and quality control.
• Adopt and apply AI tools for documentation, meeting summaries, project tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
• Support preparation of status reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Maintain organized documentation repositories.

Requirements

• At least one year of project management experience; background in marketing, product marketing, or product management is a plus.
• Post-secondary education in business, project management, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience within a market research firm or technology analysis company preferred.
• Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to standardize processes at scale.
