Salary: $166,000–$195,000 USD (yearly base pay for Zone 1)

What you will do
- Develop and execute sponsorship strategies aligned with event goals and revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure sponsors in collaboration with leadership and the Events team.
- Build tiered sponsorship packages and customized proposals defining benefits and pricing.
- Lead contract negotiations and coordinate internal approvals with Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
- Oversee sponsor activations from onboarding to post-event reporting, including branded materials and speaking opportunities.
- Act as the on-site sponsor lead during events, resolving issues and ensuring accurate execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sponsorship or partnership sales and partner management within the experiential or event space.
- Demonstrated experience securing and managing high-value sponsorships for conferences or brand-owned events.
- Strong understanding of sponsorship strategy, activation planning, and contract negotiation processes.
- Experience collaborating with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Production teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing proposals and presentations.
- English: B2 required
