Associate Principal (Organizational Strategy)

What you will do

• Lead and deliver organizational strategy projects, including operating model and organizational structure design.
• Manage engagement delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.
• Interface with and build relationships with senior and executive clients, including international contacts.
• Facilitate difficult discussions and workshops with leaders up to Board level.
• Develop business and lead proposals to grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Proactively enhance existing solutions, approaches, tools, and skill sets.

Requirements

• Relevant higher degree (Master’s or Doctorate) plus significant experience in a consultancy or client HR/OD function, or a top-tier professional services firm.
• Substantial experience in solutioning and leading large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation for complex, multinational organizations.
• Significant experience in change management and leading project teams.
• Strong business acumen and experience advising senior executives across various industries.
• Technical depth in cultural transformation, people strategy, top team development, or organization design.
• Experience and application of analytics in large-scale business interventions.
• Financially literate.
• Experience working across countries and geographies in multinational workstreams.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Experience using organizational analytical tools (e.g., OrgVue, Dynaplan).
• Experience working in/advising at least one of these industries: Financial Services, Industrial, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, Public Services.
