What you will do
- Develop, build, and ship lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Automate and operationalize communications for various teams.
- Collaborate with growth marketers, product, and design to build multi-channel client journeys.
- Ideate and experiment on strategies to drive activation, engagement, retention, and promotions.
- Analyze campaign performance, communicate insights, and support A/B testing.
- Build segmentation logic and personalized messaging using dynamic content.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled as a student at a Canadian post-secondary institution or technical bootcamp, or be a new graduate (within 6 months of graduation date).
- Must be available to work full-time hours.
- Must be residing in Canada.
- Must be able to commute to the Toronto HQ on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Be curious, resourceful, and eager to experiment.
- Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude) to generate ideas and improve workflows.
Nice to have
- Fundamental to intermediate coding experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid).
- Experience with CRM tools like Braze and Taxi for Email.
