What you will do
- Lead the portfolio-level content strategy, translating the Financial Technology narrative into an integrated, insight-driven approach.
- Create thought leadership and best-practice content, including trend reports, executive viewpoints, and multi-media storytelling.
- Build and lead an AI-enabled content engine, deploying AI-enhanced workflows for research synthesis, drafting, and optimization.
- Establish content operations, standards, and measurement, leading editorial calendar planning and defining KPIs for content impact.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of content strategists and creators, fostering excellence and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of B2B content strategy, thought leadership, or strategic marketing experience within fintech, consulting, financial services, or similarly complex technology sectors.
- 3+ years leading content teams or cross-functional content programs.
- Demonstrated track record implementing or scaling AI-enabled content operations.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex technical and market concepts into compelling narratives for executive audiences.
- Advanced SEO expertise including keyword strategy, content architecture, and search intent alignment.
