Paid Acquisition Lead (Consumer): Leading and scaling external acquisition strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of the hirify.global Local app and demand for hirify.global restaurants with an accent on planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across paid social, paid search, influencer, and referral channels. Focus on balancing near-term performance goals with longer-term brand growth, defining and optimizing against key acquisition metrics, and informing product decisions through acquisition insights.

What you will do

  • Lead the planning, development, and optimization of consumer acquisition campaigns across paid social, paid search, influencer, and referral channels.
  • Launch and scale campaigns that drive hirify.global Local app installs, engagement, and repeat usage.
  • Translate growth goals into clear campaign strategies, creative briefs, and channel plans.
  • Own channel-level strategy, budgets, pacing, and performance across digital acquisition programs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging channels and acquisition tactics to expand consumer growth.
  • Collaborate with Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Brand, and B2B Marketing to deliver cohesive acquisition-to-engagement journeys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience in digital acquisition, performance marketing, and/or consumer growth roles.
  • Experience building scalable acquisition marketing campaigns in fast-growing consumer (B2C) companies.
  • Hands-on experience managing mobile ad campaigns (Apple, Play), paid social (Meta, TikTok), and paid search (Google Ads, Bing).
  • Comfort orchestrating campaigns, copy, and creative to run experiments and identify high-performing ad units.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate performance data into clear decisions.
  • Experience owning budgets, pacing, forecasting, and performance accountability across multiple channels.
