What you will do
- Implement, troubleshoot, and optimize complex tracking setups including GA4 and conversion pixels.
- Pull, interpret, and visualize data from multiple sources to create comprehensive reports and actionable insights.
- Serve as a technical marketing resource, providing expert guidance on digital marketing focus areas.
- Support testing initiatives, conversion rate optimization projects, and performance marketing efforts.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, best practice guides, and training materials.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage martech stack inclusive of CDPs, attribution tools, and advanced analytics platforms.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of professional experience in digital marketing with a focus on analytics, tracking, and technical implementation.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and web analytics platforms.
- Strong experience with tracking pixel implementation and attribution modeling across advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta).
- Working knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions.
- Experience with HTML, basic JavaScript, and understanding of how tracking codes function.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work hybrid schedule with regular presence in Santa Monica office.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in live events, entertainment, or related eCommerce industries.
- Expertise in server-side tracking and advanced measurement solutions.
- Knowledge of HTML/SQL and experience in working with large datasets.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, etc.).
