Location: hirify.global supports a hybrid work culture for candidates based near locations in San Jose, CA; Irvine, CA; Camas, WA; Dallas, TX; Miami, FL; and Toronto, Canada. Exceptional remote candidates in other offsite US locations will also be considered.

Salary: $83,000–$196,000 annually

What you will do

  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact for sales and engineering teams in the education segment.
  • Proactively design quarterly and annual marketing plans with KPIs, aligning direct and channel programs with business priorities.
  • Work with channel partners to design marketing programs to increase mindshare and drive education revenue.
  • Submit budget proposals and manage the logistics of vendor payments and internal finance processes.
  • Customize and localize central marketing campaigns and messaging for the education market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing programs, campaigns, and promotions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in education marketing, targeting IT decision-makers with technology/enterprise services.
  • Strong track record of designing, executing, and tracking performance of digital marketing programs and events.
  • Vision to proactively anticipate problems and opportunities, presenting comprehensive solutions.
  • Dexterity to manage multiple projects and prioritize work for maximum business impact.
  • Confidence to communicate clearly and concisely, with strong presentation skills.
  • Unrelenting curiosity to learn, grow, and adapt, championing ideas across the organization.

Nice to have

  • Functional fluency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Partner Relationship Management tools (e.g., Impartner), and related marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Understanding of the education technology landscape, including industry trends and buyer personas.
  • Strong copywriting and design skills to improve agility and speed of execution.
