hirify.global is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for its K–12 education solutions portfolio.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and demand generation campaigns.
  • Create clear, compelling messaging and manage content development (website copy, case studies, blogs, emails).
  • Own and optimize the company website, including content updates, structure, and SEO strategy.
  • Manage social media presence, content calendar, and engagement within the education sector.
  • Lead planning and execution for trade shows, conferences, and regional/virtual User Groups.
  • Manage the full RFP/RFI lifecycle, including cross-functional coordination and document submission.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials like product sheets and competitive briefs.
  • Manage project timelines, vendors, event budgets, and optimize spend for ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in SaaS, B2B, EdTech, GovTech, or institutional markets.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Experience marketing to education, government, or complex B2B buyers.
  • Hands-on experience with websites, SEO, and content-driven growth strategies.
  • Experience planning and executing trade shows and conferences.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in K–12 or education technology.
  • Familiarity with long, consultative sales cycles and procurement processes.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience coordinating or supporting User Groups or customer events.
