What you will do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
  • Build and execute demand generation campaigns using email, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Create messaging and content for K-12 and institutional audiences, including website copy, case studies, and email campaigns.
  • Plan and manage trade shows and conferences, including booth design and vendor coordination.
  • Manage the full RFP/RFI lifecycle, from intake to submission.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, such as product sheets and customer stories.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in SaaS, B2B, EdTech, GovTech, or institutional markets.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Experience marketing to education, government, or complex B2B buyers.
  • Hands-on experience with websites, SEO, and content-driven growth strategies.
  • Experience planning and executing trade shows/conferences.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in K-12 or education technology.
  • Familiarity with long, consultative sales cycles and procurement processes.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience coordinating or supporting User Groups or customer events.
