Salary: $205,000–$265,000 per year

What you will do

  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a global SDR team focused on enterprise and startup accounts in AI, data, and technology verticals.
  • Develop and implement outbound prospecting and go-to-market strategies with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership.
  • Design and optimize scalable operational processes for lead routing, territory management, KPIs, and CRM discipline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine messaging, ensure seamless handoffs, and provide market feedback.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 4 years managing SDR or inside sales teams.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing SDR organizations in B2B technology, SaaS, or data licensing.
  • Deep understanding of modern sales tech stacks, CRM systems (Salesforce), and pipeline metrics.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, coaching, and talent development skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Experience supporting global teams and enterprise-level selling motions.
  • MBA or equivalent experience.
