What you will do

• Manage and develop a team of media planners, providing guidance, feedback, and performance support.
• Implement and maintain planning processes, workflows, and best practices in partnership with senior leadership.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on hirify.global’s advertising capabilities, advising Sales and partner teams on strategic positioning.
• Lead the development of integrated media strategies across digital, audio, linear, social, and programmatic channels.
• Oversee planning support from pre-sale through post-sale, including proposal development, forecasting, campaign booking, pacing, optimizing, and reporting.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in media planning, sales planning, or digital advertising, preferably in a publisher or media environment.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of media planning and sales support systems, technologies, and tools.
