• Guide the evolution of architecture across frontend, backend, geospatial, and optimization systems.
• Lead the transition to an AI-native engineering organization, integrating AI-assisted development and coding agents.
• Build, grow, and retain a world-class engineering team while contributing to company-wide technical leadership.

Requirements

• Extensive engineering leadership experience with a track record of scaling high-performing organizations.
• Deep technical credibility in modern software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience leading complex software products in SaaS, enterprise, mapping, or logistics domains.
