What you will do
- Conduct territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners and develop relationships with key decision makers.
- Align with hirify.global Cloud Distributors for joint activities for channel enablement and drive cloud revenue growth.
- Train new and existing partners on products and support them on daily basis with business and technology development, guiding them through onboarding and enablement.
- Perform account planning with all managed partners to motivate and enable them to sell hirify.global services and retain existing customers.
- Drive partner satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the entire partner lifecycle.
- Drive successful upsell/cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase new services attach rate and orchestrate internal resources to help dedicated partners’ growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, specifically in Channel Sales, Partner Account Manager, or Channel development positions.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in a cyber security company demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols.
- In-depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the cloud market business model.
- Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills.
- High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
