Location: Remote (Spain), with occasional travel. Must be based in Spain and work under a Spanish Contrato de Sustitución, linked to statutory leave, with an approximate duration of 6 months.

What you will do

  • Manage your individual sales funnel, drive the entire sales cycle, and nurture existing accounts to surpass sales targets.
  • Engage medium to enterprise-level clients, understanding and addressing their long-term needs to add value beyond immediate requests.
  • Develop deep expertise in the monday.com platform and hirify.global’s related services to inform future service development.
  • Utilize value-based selling to articulate the monday.com platform’s benefits and align services with customer business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Services Manager and consultants to customize client solutions, aiming for strategic revenue growth.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics like client retention and satisfaction, adjusting strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Spain and work under a Spanish Contrato de Sustitución.
  • English: C1 fluency required.
  • Proven ability in B2B sales, especially with mid-market and enterprise customers, through effective cross-selling, up-selling, and consultative selling techniques.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and ability to conduct in-depth scoping, qualification, and discovery sessions.
  • Skilled in strategic account planning and execution, with a knack for identifying high-value opportunities and prioritizing efforts.
  • Solid understanding of monday.com platform, CRM tools (preferably HubSpot), and the ability to analyze business needs for solution identification.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements or team meetings.
