Enterprise Account Executive (Hospitality SaaS): Responsible for aggressively driving Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth by identifying and signing new hotel groups and chains across EMEA. Focus on consultative selling, commercial negotiation, and strategic account management for multi-property groups.
Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain)

What you will do
- Acquire new multi-property groups and collections, and manage high-growth existing groups to deliver new property growth.
- Prospect and nurture high-value opportunities through to close with multi-property groups across the EMEA region.
- Drive new business and strategically manage customer solutioning, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of revenue management and hotel tech.
- Own commercial discussions, defending value and negotiating key contractual terms.
- Manage a small portfolio of existing groups with low property penetration and unlock growth across the entire group.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to create winning strategies for unlocking growth.
Requirements
- Sales experience in consultative selling, with a preference for technology or hospitality business.
- Proven track record in closing >$1m new business.
- In-depth understanding of the hospitality/hotel industry and travel technology landscape.
- Highly resilient, with a positive and tenacious attitude to winning deals.
- Ability to navigate complex buying structures to access and influence multiple buying identities.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport and trusted relationships with customers.
- Coordination ability to bring together multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
- Fluency in French and English.
