What you will do

• Define, analyze, and resolve customer escalations promptly and accurately.
• Provide periodic updates to customers, co-workers, and management on issue status.
• Document complex issue resolutions for customer and internal reference.
• Assist team members with complex issues to foster experience and exposure.
• Contribute to, review, and maintain knowledge base content and product documentation.
• Participate in periodic after-hour / weekend coverage on a pager rotational basis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Excellent communication (oral & written), analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Operating System experience in Linux, UNIX, or Windows.
• Familiarity with Java, J2EE, Servlets, HTML, Junit, XML, JSON frameworks.
• Experience with protocols like AS2/4, HTTP(S), FTP(S), SFTP, Rest/APIs.
• Cloud experience in AWS, Azure, Google, IBM, or RedHat.
• CI/CD tools including Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub.
• Database experience with Oracle, DB2, MS SQL, or MySQL.
• Ability to read and code in an Object-Oriented Language, preferably Java.
• Experience with JDBC, JDK, and JVM stack traces.
• Strong understanding and experience in executing and fixing vulnerabilities from Static & Dynamic scans.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
