Servity Developer

TL;DR

Servity Developer (ITSM): Designing, developing, and optimizing ITSM solutions on the DCON Servity platform with an accent on customizing core ITSM modules and building integrations. Focus on translating business requirements into technical implementations and providing operational support.

Location: Hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or hirify.global office in Stuttgart.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and configure solutions on the Servity ITSM platform.
• Customize core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Hardware/Software Asset Management.
• Develop workflows, forms, business rules, and interfaces.
• Build integrations with procurement tools and vendor portals.
• Support enhancements, bug fixes, and platform optimization activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Servity development (DCON OEM platform).
• Strong background with ITSM tools.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Hands‑on experience with configuration, scripting, and integrations.
• Ability to work independently in a contract‑based setup.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with DCON Servity implementations.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience working in European enterprise environments.
• German language skills (nice to have).
