What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise and solution architectures for large-scale projects, defining product integration strategies.
• Architect and develop optimized microservices and REST APIs, leading the migration from monolithic applications to improve maintainability and accelerate release cycles.
• Implement advanced architectural patterns including load balancing, failover mechanisms, caching, and message-driven design.
• Ensure enterprise security and compliance through robust logging, auditing, and API monitoring frameworks.
• Leverage AI tools for automation, modeling, analysis, and code generation across projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10+ members, managing customer expectations and aligning solutions with business goals.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise and solution architecture for large projects.
• Strong expertise in integration patterns, microservices architecture, and cloud-native deployments.
• Knowledge in one major language ecosystem (Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript) and modern patterns like event-driven, API-first, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Deep knowledge of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), serverless programming, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and application modernization.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure).
• TOGAF 9 certification.
• Expertise in enterprise security (OAuth, SAML/SSO).
• Experience in banking transformation engagements (Mortgage, Retail, Corporate, Private Banking).
• Knowledge of Dutch language.
