What you will do

• Design technical architecture for custom Java applications and automation tools supporting field planning.
• Define test strategies, frameworks, and guidelines to improve reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP and other core systems, adhering to security and performance standards.
• Align custom-built solutions with hirify.global enterprise architecture principles.
• Lead technology selection for frameworks, APIs, and cloud-related integrations.
• Assess emerging technologies and propose improvements for system scalability and automation performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software architecture, technical leadership, or senior Java development.
• Strong expertise in Java-based application development and system design.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit) and CI/CD tooling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP), API design, and system integration patterns.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others.

Nice to have

• Understanding of architectural frameworks.
• Experience or strong affinity with supply chain or planning processes.
