TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Social Advertising): Driving retention and growth among valued customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed, with an accent on ad buying and creative automation. Focus on building solutions for business needs and outcomes and acting as the crucial link between customers, partners, and Product Development teams.

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY. Ability and willingness to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events (when possible) is required.

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Become a specialist in the hirify.global platform and digital advertising to solve problems and provide best practices.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with customers and partners like Facebook and Pinterest.
  • Be the voice of customers to inform sales processes and product roadmap.
  • Collaborate effectively across functions including Sales, Marketing, Technical Solutions, Services, Product and Engineering.
  • Help build a world-class Customer Success organization and optimize existing processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer success or similar customer-facing function.
  • Advanced knowledge of social advertising (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat etc).
  • Highly empathetic, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers reach their goals.
  • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for action and collaboration.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
