What you will do
- Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Monitor course completion and participant progress.
- Prepare and structure training materials and knowledge bases.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
- Manage corporate communication channels.
- Create and publish corporate culture content.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in L&D, training, HR, or internal communications.
- Understanding of adult learning principles.
- Experience organizing training programs.
- Ability to structure information into clear learning materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing corporate channels and internal newsletters.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Workspace.
- Experience with LMS platforms.
- Experience with Miro, Genially, CapCut, Canva.
- Experience with HRMS systems (PeopleForce or similar).
- English level B2+.
- Experience working with remote teams
