What you will do

• Build and implement a scalable Learning & Development strategy from scratch.
• Adapt and deliver workshops tailored to the specifics of different product platforms.
• Launch and develop an MVP Learning Hub (structure, content systematization, knowledge testing).
• Implement knowledge assessment models for onboarding and internal policies.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning, management excellence, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Ensure high participation and measurable impact of learning initiatives (NPS, behavior change, completion rate).
• Introduce key learning analytics and prepare recommendations for scaling (MVP vs. LMS).
• Design and implement a structured English level assessment framework and track measurable progress.
• Manage external training programs, vendors, and budgets.
