What you will do
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with Prime partners and Government leaders.
- Own account strategy, including stakeholder mapping, whitespace analysis, and multi-year growth roadmaps.
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities within existing accounts and through targeted net-new pursuits.
- Lead complex AI and ML pursuits from first conversation through signed agreement.
- Guide pricing, commercial models, and contract negotiations with a focus on long-term partnership.
- Own bookings, revenue, margin, pipeline coverage, and overall client satisfaction for your portfolio.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in government-focused professional services, consulting, or complex engineering solution selling.
- Proven track record of growing large, strategic accounts and closing net-new consulting business.
- Experience selling transformation-oriented services, ideally in AI, data, analytics, or digital technologies.
- Executive presence and credibility with Prime contractors and Government stakeholders.
- Strong discovery and problem-framing skills to connect business outcomes to technical solutions.
- Deep understanding of consulting firm operations and different services engagement types.
- English: B2 required.
- Must be based in the United States.
