What you will do

• Lead the implementation and maturity of process solutions for demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial integration.
• Advise on the sequencing and scalability of Operations solutions to match the company's growth trajectory.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute solutions that meet real operational needs.
• Contribute to the development of a 3–5 year Digital Strategy roadmap aligned with operational growth.
• Bridge gaps between operational systems (SAP, MES, Pulse) to enable real-time health insights.
• Evaluate and guide the practical use of AI and advanced analytics to drive business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, engineering, information systems, data science, or business.
• 8+ years of experience in Operations analytics, enterprise systems, or process excellence.
• Deep understanding of Operations processes including planning, manufacturing, and execution.
• Strong practical experience with SAP and IBP, including module selection and scalability tradeoffs.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
• Ability to work on site in Alameda, CA.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in operations management, data science, or industrial engineering.
• Experience in medical devices, biotech, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics and visualization tools.
