Account Based Marketing Executive (PropTech): Owning the end-to-end ABM strategy for strategic accounts and executing high-impact 1:1 and 1:few campaigns to engage high-value prospects. Location: Hybrid in Manchester, UK (up to 3 days WFH). Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Salary: £42,000–£46,000

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end ABM strategy for strategic accounts, executing high-impact 1:1 and 1:few campaigns.
  • Develop Ideal Customer Profiles within high opportunity accounts.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Strategic Sales team to identify high opportunity accounts and build bespoke "door-opening" plays.
  • Closely monitor and use data to map out the Buying Committee at major estate agencies.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Lead and Brand team to produce hyper-relevant marketing materials.
  • Leverage Hubspot and the marketing tech stack to track intent and trigger multi-channel touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in developing and executing account-based marketing strategies with B2B, preferably SaaS companies.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, start-up environments.
  • Expertise in meeting complex stakeholder needs with cohesive narratives and campaigns.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving qualified leads and revenue.
  • Experience working across the entire marketing channel mix, including digital and offline.
  • Ability to think strategically, work autonomously, and write compelling copy.
