Account Executive (SMB) (Fintech): Acquiring new small/medium-sized business accounts within the assigned territory by various prospecting methods and conducting demos of the product suite. Focus on understanding an organization’s buying needs, key decision makers, and potential roadblocks to shorten sales cycles and acquire a high volume of new logo accounts.

What you will do

  • Acquire Small/Medium-sized new logo accounts within the assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quota.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of Small/Medium business opportunities through various prospecting methods.
  • Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global’s full suite of products and educate the customer on how each product will improve their business’s human firewall.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of daily sales statistics via Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the assigned Channel sales representative to seamlessly close new logos through our Partner business channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers by developing and managing relationships with prospects.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience selling to Small/Medium-sized businesses.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher education equivalent, desirable.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry, desirable.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Fluent in German and Polish
