What you will do

  • Own the execution and activation of the brand strategy across all communication touchpoints.
  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated 360 brand and product campaigns.
  • Manage the full UK & Ireland marketing calendar and external agency relationships.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize a multi-million-pound media budget, delivering against business growth targets.
  • Build and scale product marketing capabilities to establish compelling positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate across functions to drive integrated plans supporting commercial, customer, and brand targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a senior brand or marketing role with demonstrable experience in integrated campaign delivery.
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market planning, working with Product teams.
  • Expertise in ATL media planning and buying, with experience managing multi-million-pound upper and mid-funnel budgets.
  • Ability to translate consumer and market intelligence into actionable brand, product, and campaign strategies.
  • Experience working with creative and media agencies.
  • Background in fintech or fast-paced D2C consumer brands.
  • Must be based in the UK for hybrid working.
