What you will do
- Conceptualise and produce digital creative for brand, paid social, partnerships, email, landing pages, and organic social.
- Evolve and refresh the brand within marketing contexts through controlled, intentional creative decisions.
- Own marketing design work end to end, from early brief through to delivery, ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver impactful, on-brand creative that aligns with company goals.
- Balance quality and speed, making pragmatic decisions about where polish matters most.
- Contribute to the overall quality of marketing design through guidance, feedback, and informal review.
Requirements
- Strong experience in marketing design, working across campaigns, brand assets, and marketing communications.
- Comfortable setting visual direction as well as executing, taking responsibility for how work looks and lands.
- Experience evolving and refreshing a brand within an existing system.
- Good visual judgment and ability to maintain consistency across different channels and formats.
- Work with a strong sense of ownership and can organise work with minimal direction.
- Proficiency in Figma and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
Nice to have
- Experience with motion or video design (After Effects / Premier Pro).
- Experience working in a regulated environment such as investing.
- Experience using AI tools in design workflows (e.g., image generation, concept exploration).
- Interest in fintech, investing, or personal finance.
