What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for the US market, positioning hirify.global as a global leader in financial technology.
- Craft and amplify compelling narratives for US-based stakeholders, including media, investors, and analysts.
- Monitor and analyze the US media landscape, identifying opportunities and challenges, and managing reputational risks.
- Manage a local PR agency, coordinating deliverables, and manage and deliver events with external providers.
- Collaborate with the policy team to support creating a favorable regulatory landscape and defending company interests.
- Act as a strategic advisor for senior leadership, preparing them for media interviews, speaking engagements, and relevant events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Political Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in PR, Public Affairs, or Communications in agencies or companies, preferably in the tech, fintech, or financial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of local and global communications strategies, narrative crafting, and a hands-on approach for sensitive issues.
- Proven experience in leading complex strategic communications plans and working with senior leadership (VP and C-Level).
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational skills, and team-building capabilities.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish and/or Portuguese are a plus.
