What you will do

• Build and execute the U.S. communications strategy across earned, owned, and shared channels.
• Lead external communications and proactive storytelling in partnership with the CEO.
• Generate high-impact coverage in top-tier business, AI, healthcare, and technology outlets.
• Manage crisis communications and provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on reputational issues.
• Elevate executive public profiles through speaking engagements, awards, bylines, and interviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, Product, Legal, and People teams to ensure message consistency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in communications, including leading global efforts for high-growth tech or healthcare companies.
• Deep expertise in media relations, executive communications, and crisis management.
• Proven track record of securing high-impact media coverage and driving brand narratives.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
• Demonstrated AI proficiency (at least Level 1: using AI daily to boost personal productivity).
