What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy across earned media, social, and owned channels.
• Shape hirify.global's narrative and positioning for developers, enterprises, financial institutions, and the crypto community.
• Manage executive communications and thought leadership for company leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with tier-1 business, financial, and crypto media, podcasts, and newsletters.
• Coordinate announcements for partnerships, product launches, and technical milestones.
• Hire and manage external agencies and vendors as needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of communications experience, with at least 4 years in senior roles.
• Deep experience in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or payments industries.
• Proven track record of managing communications for technical products at high-growth companies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from the San Francisco or NYC offices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Strong crisis management experience and a network of financial/crypto media relationships.

• Experience with developer-focused communications.
