hirify.global is a company seeking a highly accomplished Senior Business Development Director to join its Abu Dhabi operations, aiming for continued expansion in a strategically important market.
What you will do
- Define and implement market strategies for designated MENA markets in alignment with regional goals.
- Identify new opportunities and mature them into campaigns, producing and executing Capture Plans.
- Build and maintain trust relationships with internal/external stakeholders, business partners, and government authorities.
- Jointly achieve Order Intake targets with Product Sales and support contract negotiations.
- Manage key accounts (B-G and B-B) and represent hirify.global at marketing events.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and compliance laws.
Requirements
- Profound understanding of the defence landscape in the Middle East, including procurement processes.
- Excellent network within the Middle East defence ecosystem (end-users and procurement organisations).
- Minimum twelve years’ experience within the Defence & Security industry, with at least seven years in Business Development/Sales in the MENA region.
- Experience in cross-functional management in a complex defence and security business environment.
- Minimum of a BSc degree or equivalent relevant to the defence industry/technologies.
- Mandatory UAE driving license.
- Able to live and work in UAE as per local labour laws.
- Extensive travel in the Middle East region and occasionally to Germany should be assumed.
