What you will do
- Own onboarding, nurturing, retention, and upselling for customers.
- Refine the customer journey and define customer base segmentation.
- Engage actively in client discussions to position the value of the solution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate customer feedback into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 1-3 years of Customer Success experience.
- Keen attention to detail for exceptional execution and operational quality.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mindset.
- Aptitude for being organized with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in presenting complex data in understandable ways.
- Demonstrated experience using analytical tools to measure performance.
Nice to have
- Proven ability to leverage business intelligence and analytics tools.
- Experience working with Government Municipalities or Civic segment clients.
