What you will do

• Steer global sales initiatives by tracking project timelines and managing stakeholders across various time zones.
• Support the Senior Director in prioritizing daily tasks, preparing briefings, and executing strategic directives.
• Aggregate and analyze complex sales data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Design and maintain regular reports and dashboards for commercial performance.
• Conceptualize and build high-quality presentations and decision memos for C-Level executives and VPs.
• Organize and structure critical business meetings, including agenda setting and rigorous follow-up on key decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital tools and workflows with an aptitude for driving process efficiencies.
