Multilingual Customer Success Manager (F&B/Retail)

Multilingual Customer Success Manager (F&B/Retail): Guiding F&B and Retail clients to success with loyalty solutions and increasing their revenue through strong relationship management and product expertise. Focus on defining and setting up loyalty programs, improving campaigns based on KPIs, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Location: Onsite in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Work timings are 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

What you will do

• Manage overall relationships with assigned clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring effective product usage and loyalty program setup.
• Proactively address customer issues and concerns, coordinating with internal teams for swift resolution.
• Aid clients in achieving business goals by improving loyalty campaigns based on KPIs and suggesting new strategies.
• Develop and execute tailored success plans throughout the client lifetime.
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional features, services, or higher-tier plans.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer success, preferably in SaaS companies or Tech startups.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with perfect English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Spanish, French, German, or another European language is required.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
