What you will do
- Proactively search and contact potential customers by phone.
- Provide after-sales care for existing customers via telephone and email.
- Receive and process customer orders, projects, and offers.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and campaigns.
- Manage existing clients for continued growth.
- Assist in the setup of a new structure for the inside sales team in a pan-European environment.
Requirements
- Enjoying telephone conversations with customers to develop relations.
- Passion for sales and a keen sense for discovering new trends.
- Professional experience in inside sales or tele/online marketing.
- Successfully completed degree in Economics and/or Food Technology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in Czech and English.
