What you will do

  • Proactively search and contact potential customers by phone.
  • Provide after-sales care for existing customers via telephone and email.
  • Receive and process customer orders, projects, and offers.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and campaigns.
  • Manage existing clients for continued growth.
  • Assist in the setup of a new structure for the inside sales team in a pan-European environment.

Requirements

  • Enjoying telephone conversations with customers to develop relations.
  • Passion for sales and a keen sense for discovering new trends.
  • Professional experience in inside sales or tele/online marketing.
  • Successfully completed degree in Economics and/or Food Technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a B2B sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in Czech and English.
