What you will do
- Define and execute the product strategy for the CPM AI Copilot, moving beyond simple data display to Predictive Coaching.
- Collaborate with data science to integrate health scores into the Copilot, alerting CPMs to decreasing activity or potential red flags.
- Design features that analyze client portfolios to suggest the next best product based on historical patterns.
- Build tools that draft personalized Portfolio Review summaries and performance reports.
- Work deeply with the Client Portfolio Management teams to understand the friction in client retention and translate those needs into technical requirements.
- Client Forecasting & Account Planning for our CPM Portfolio’s of circa 85 clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Product Management, specifically focusing on Customer Success, Account Management tools, or Fintech retention strategies.
- Preferred experience ideally within an AI-first startup or a high-growth environment where you’ve built and scaled AI-driven products.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and RAG.
- Experience with CRM data (Salesforce) and data lakes.
