What you will do

• Lead regular product ceremonies and represent LeapSpace to customers at conferences and webinars.
• Own the product backlog, delivery priorities, and execution for your squad.
• Expand scope to include agentic AI capabilities and Deep Research initiatives.
• Collaborate with embedded data scientists to refine AI response accuracy, retrieval relevance, and trust features.
• Own privacy review and compliance for your squad's features, ensuring governance requirements are met.
• Act as the primary contact for sales and customer success, handling queries and sharing insights.

Requirements

• A number of years of product management experience with a track record of shipping complex features in fast-moving environments.
• Experience with AI/ML products, especially generative AI, RAG, or agentic workflows.
• Be comfortable with AI coding tools and rapid prototyping to build and validate concepts.
• Ability to communicate technically with cross-disciplinary teams, evaluating architecture and trade-offs.
• Proven ability to perform in an agile environment and manage ambiguity effectively.
• Strong background in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with engineering, data science, and platform teams.
