What you will do

• Define and own the vision and roadmap for customer experience across hirify.global CRM, aligned with company strategy.
• Identify and prioritise high-value use cases where autonomous and semi-autonomous agents improve sales productivity.
• Own the product strategy and requirements for hirify.global’s Agentic AI experience, defining agent interaction, boundaries, controls, and escalation paths.
• Ensure agentic behaviour is understandable, predictable, and trustworthy through strong guardrails and safety mechanisms.
• Contribute and partner on core platform capabilities, including agent orchestration, lifecycle management, planning, reasoning, and memory.
• Partner closely with engineering and AI/ML teams, legal, security, privacy, and compliance to ensure responsible AI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with senior individual contributor or principal level scope.
• Proven experience owning complex product capabilities and shared platforms.
• Strong understanding of LLM, agentic systems, and modern AI architectures.
• Experience working closely with AI and machine learning engineers on production systems.
• Comfort defining APIs, SDKs, and platform-level product surfaces.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and influence across teams without direct authority.
• English: B2 required for clear and concise communication.

Nice to have

• Background in B2B SaaS, ideally within CRM or workflow-driven products.
• Experience shipping customer-facing AI-powered features at scale.
• Experience building or evolving internal AI or developer platforms.
• Familiarity with privacy, security, and data protection considerations in AI systems.
