What you will do

• Cooperate to define the game’s vision, strategy, and roadmap for Monster Legends.
• Lead by example to raise game execution standards.
• Unify and manage the design department (UI/UX, Level Design, Game Design).
• Set clear goals & KPIs, follow up on results, and remove roadblocks for the design team.

Requirements

• +7 years of experience in Product / Design positions.
• Proven track record of managing a design or product team that delivered sustained business results.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to decompose complex problems.
• Results-oriented and pragmatic execution.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Application must be submitted in English.
