What you will do

• Own and lead the end-to-end roadmap across multiple programs and workstreams.
• Act as a senior client-facing leader and trusted advisor, guiding roadmap decisions and trade-offs.
• Partner with client stakeholders to translate business needs into structured initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks across programs, including technical, operational, and delivery risks.
• Drive program planning, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.
• Ensure clarity of scope, success metrics, and acceptance criteria for enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or similar senior roles
• Strong engineering or technical background.
• Proven experience managing client-facing programs across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Product Management, roadmap ownership, and backlog prioritization.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Background in both Program and Product roles.
• Experience working with distributed, international delivery teams.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or relevant Agile / Program Management certifications.
• Experience or strong exposure to Cybersecurity, secure systems, or regulated environments is a plus.
