What you will do
- Lead and manage enterprise cybersecurity programs, including 24/7 Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) services.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of CSOC activities, optimize operational workflows, and analyze security metrics.
- Research, evaluate, recommend, and design new security technologies and support infrastructure.
- Develop technical cyber security solutions in response to customer requests and support proposal development.
- Serve as the Contractor's primary contact for USG Government personnel, a technical Cyber SME, and an onsite task lead.
- Support corporate duties such as solution/proposal development, mentoring employees, and recruiting efforts.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role in Reston, VA.
- Clearance Level: TS (SCI Eligible).
- Certifications: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) and ISC2 Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP).
- Experience: Seven (7) years of direct project and program management leading cybersecurity programs.
- Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience with incident response, insider threat investigations, digital forensics, and cyber threats.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, STEM, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
- Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows, OS X, Linux), Windows Active Directory, network communications, and routing protocols.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust and Information Assurance.
