TL;DR

Senior Technical Program Manager (AI): Drive and manage high-visibility programs for hirify.global’s Device Analytics Services to improve user experience across devices with an accent on cross-functional collaboration, strategy definition, and process development. Focus on leading complex technical programs involving multiple stakeholders, motivating teams, and delivering major initiatives.

Location: Must be based in the United States, Denver, Colorado

Salary: $163,600 - $221,300 annually

What you will do

  • Lead and drive technical programs across multiple teams including business, legal, privacy, and engineering.
  • Define strategy, requirements, and develop processes and schedules for major initiatives.
  • Communicate regularly with program stakeholders and executives.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve program goals.
  • Collaborate with management to develop creative solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Establish mechanisms to ensure successful program delivery.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Must have 5+ years of technical program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Experience managing efforts in Unix/Linux environments, distributed systems, or large-scale web applications.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences including executives.
  • Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of AWS product suite.
  • Experience with data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery.
