What you will do
- Lead and drive programs to understand user experience across all hirify.global devices (Alexa, Fire TV, Kindle, etc.).
- Define strategy and requirements for major initiatives.
- Develop processes and schedules for program execution.
- Drive progress on key initiatives, requiring communication with stakeholders and executives.
- Motivate team members and inspire action to achieve program goals.
- Collaborate with management to develop creative solutions to technical challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management experience.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience managing efforts in Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience with distributed systems or developing large-scale web applications.
- Work authorization for the USA required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of AWS product suite.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies.
