What you will do

• Lead and drive programs to understand user experience across all hirify.global devices (Alexa, Fire TV, Kindle, etc.).
• Define strategy and requirements for major initiatives.
• Develop processes and schedules for program execution.
• Drive progress on key initiatives, requiring communication with stakeholders and executives.
• Motivate team members and inspire action to achieve program goals.
• Collaborate with management to develop creative solutions to technical challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience managing efforts in Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with distributed systems or developing large-scale web applications.
• Work authorization for the USA required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AWS product suite.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
• Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies.
