What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of R&D projects and programs, ensuring timely execution and business alignment.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to translate roadmaps into actionable delivery plans.
• Promote agile ways of working and Lean delivery practices, fostering continuous improvement.
• Define and evolve meaningful metrics and KPIs to track delivery performance and guide decisions.
• Maintain operational discipline in delivery practices, improving predictability and transparency.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving and delivering complex technical programs and projects from inception to launch in agile environments.
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams with strong critical thinking and thought leadership.
• Exceptional organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience building strong working relationships across multidisciplinary teams in global, distributed environments.
• Strong technical literacy with SaaS platforms, APIs, and modern cloud architectures.
