What you will do

• Coordinate and align strategic projects and key initiatives with the management team's priorities.
• Ensure the implementation of management decisions through excellent communication.
• Track the progress of strategic projects and initiatives, providing support to project owners.
• Participate in the strategy process, analyzing the competitive landscape and identifying M&A targets.
• Lead strategic initiatives and roadmaps in collaboration with hirify.global Pharma Management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business, engineering, or related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or industry with multi-project management experience.
• Previous experience in life sciences or the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder relation management skills.
• Fluency in German and English in both, verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel.
