What you will do
- Handle email and chat queues efficiently for technical inquiries.
- Understand and troubleshoot technical inquiries related to DNS, SSH, and WordPress issues.
- Keep up-to-date with product updates and company procedures.
- Escalate issues, bugs, and improvements to appropriate internal channels.
- Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for specific product updates and assistance.
- Provide guidance and serve as the go-to person for clarifying and discussing tickets with new colleagues/trainees.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years technical support experience is required, preferably with dedicated WordPress support experience.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with CMS (e.g., Joomla, WordPress, Drupal, Laravel).
- Advanced knowledge of Web Hosting & fundamental knowledge in SEO.
- Intermediate communication skills.
- Technical skills in Hosting services, Troubleshooting WordPress, SSH, WP Cli, DNS, PHP, and Database.
